He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harrison "Bill" Billings and Rosa Billings (Verhoeff); his grandson Travis; his son-in-law Jason; his nephews, Kyle and Preston Wait; his wife Cheryl Billings of Campo; his daughter Christy Franklin (Jason) of Campo, Colorado; his daughter-in-law Brianna Billings of Campo, CO; his grandchildren, Kylie Parker (Ty Arnold), Yancie Hall (Garrett), Shalee Reagh (Donovan), Jorey Billings (Kate), Talon Billings and Dalton Franklin; his great grandchildren, Rowdy Parker, Tessa Parker, Carter Hall and Newt Parker; his siblings, Linda Harper (Glen) of Albuquerque, Anita Billings Blundell of Ulysses, Kansas, Harrison Billings (Deann) of Springfield and Marvin Billings (Kimberly) of Ulysses, Kansas; his siblings-in-law, Freda Hoeffner of Springfield, Colorado and Larry Wait (Michala) of Campo, Colorado.; his son Travis Billings; his parents-in-law, Frances Wait and Charley Wait; and his brothers-in-law, Darrel Wait, Charles Wait, Clinton Hoeffner and Alvin Blundell. He was also cherished by his family, friends.
