He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Edward and Lillian Alice Halouska (Christensen); his son Charles B. Halouska, Jr.; and his siblings, Elsie Halouska and Kenneth Halouska.
He is survived by: his wife Erika Rupprecht (German); his children, Claudia Baldwin and Edward Halouska (Amalia); his grandchildren, Tiffany Cole (Harley), Erika Shepherd (Jason), Jacob Halouska (Robyn), Joshua Halouska, Victoria Koeller (Vincent), Alexandrea Halouska (Adam Marshall) and Rebecca Baldwin; and his siblings, Don Halouska (Ann), Gerald Halouska (Linda) and Becky Young (Dale). He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
A funeral service was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Book Hotel Chaney-Reager Funeral Home and Crematory (443 S 2nd St, Sterling, CO 80751). The military honors was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery (75662 Rd 434, Lexington, NE 68850). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Book Hotel Greenwood Cemetery (75662 N Taft St, Lexington, NE 68850).
