She is survived by: her husband Dean Blagg; her daughters, Donna Morgison (Harley), Geneal Fuller (Charlie) and Tracie Gibson (Sean); her granddaughter Tara Fredregill (Bryson); her great grandchildren, William and John; her grandson Timothy Neel Jr. (Desi); her great grandchildren, Mary Neel and Dominic Neel; her brother-in-law Eugene "Buzz" Blagg; her siblings, Sharon Nation and Sharyl Nation; her nephews, Austin Nation and Michael Blagg; her niece Renee Blagg; her parents-in-law, Frank and Donna Blagg; her sister-in-law Tootie Renard; her grandsons, Dalton and Dayton; her close friends, Minnie Klippert and Peggy Neilson; Curtis Winters, Asher, Clarissa Medrano, Beau, Deamon Medrano, Jay Medrano, William Blagg (Anjo), Ethan Blagg (Sierra), Drake Heath, Deacon and Ryker Dean Blagg.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Lou's name to the Logan County Humane Society or the Hospice of the Plains.
