He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jennings Bryan McLaughlin and Nora Ellen Stout McLaughlin. He is survived by: his wife Janette Taylor; his children, Janet McLaughlin (Rod Walker) of Sterling, Bruce McLaughlin (Sherree) of Loveland, CO and Brenda Sinks (Steve) of Morrill, NE.; and his grandchildren, Casey Gibbs (Lynette), Taylor Gibbs, Tim Sinks (Cortny), Brock McLaughlin and Carlie Schlender (Trey).
A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Book Hotel Christ United Methodist Church (104 S 4th St, Sterling, CO 80751). The inurnment will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
