“Susan Teeters Posted December 25 at 10:18 PM Rest easy and in peace George, with the wind in your hair, be it on a bike, or a horse! Gosh The planet just doesn’t even feel the same without you on it. I am so thankful that God lent you to us, until it was your time to go home . Selfishly I wish we could’ve had you a little longer! I am however, glad you are no longer in pain; Your shoulder always foretold the changes in the weather! So many memories, some happy, some sad, but never ever boring tho! You were one of a kind! A tough and rough , and sometimes gruff, exterior hides the tender caring heart from others, but not from those close, or those that take some time to look. I’m really glad I could see it. That’s why no matter of the past or distance ,we always stayed friends. I encourage others who couldn’t, or wouldn’t , see that about him, to reach out to those of us that really knew him, and loved him, so you get a chance to see what we do. George I’ll never not think of you, every time I see a muscle car that you owned or liked, every time I hear a bike rumble by, every time my car isn’t tidy lol! Anytime I see a dog getting warm bubble bath, any time I see a Marlboro pack ,like the one I found in my driveway yesterday , every time I hear Touch of Gray or I’m no Angel - I’ll be thinking of you. You always did like that song by Gregg Allman, “I’m no Angel” but you really were an Angel in many ways, one being your depth of love for Gods four legged creatures , was pretty telling! . Jackie my dear friend , I love you and you know you can call me anytime day or night, George often told me how much he loved you , I know he’s still got your back, and of course we all love you too!! I’m so terribly sorry for your loss . All our loss . My prayers and thoughts go out to you and all the family. Susan Teeters”
