She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuben Ogley and Phoebe Annie Ogley (Royce); and her husband Ty Phillips. She is survived by: her son Rick Phillips (Rhonda) of Casper, Wyoming; her grandchildren, Cary Phillips (Tina) of Circle, Montana, Rikki France (Jake) of McHenry and Treyson Phillips (Elizabeth) of Andrews, Texas; and her caregivers, Chuck and Lois Ogley. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; and nephew.

Contributions may be made in Gloria's memory to Willard Methodist Church or Christ United Methodist Church.
