He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Pennington and Jean Pennington; and his brother-in-law Rich Maggard. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Weitzel; his children, Ryan Pennington (Courtney) of Brigham City, Utah and Erin Weber (Collin) of Atwood; his grandchildren, Ben, Andy, Connor Pennington, Lux, Fallon and Harlow Weber; and his sisters, Sandy Maggard, Sylvia Schupbach (Norm) and Patty Ulrich (Jack).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Elks Lodge 321 (321 Ash St, Sterling, CO 80751).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Bob's name to the Sterling Elks Lodge Scholarship Fund care of Tennant Funeral Home PO Box 1547, Sterling, CO 80751.
