Ogley; his son Rick Phillips (Rhonda) of Casper, WY; his grandchildren, Cary Phillips (Tina) of Circle, WY and Rikki France (Jake) of Maryland; and his caregiver Chuck Ogley (Lois). He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.
