She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Lowman and Vivian Lowman (Horrell); her husband William Leacock; her son David K. Leacock; her children-in-law, Tip Leacock and Eric Stephany; her foster daughter Susan M. Brown; her brothers, Edwin "Sonny" Lowman Jr. and Charles D. Lowman; and her siblings-in-law, Jim Munshower and Nancy Leacock.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Tackett (David), Dr. William B. Leacock and Karen Stephany; her daughter-in-law Tess Bushman; her grandchildren, Melissa Hoffman (Kurt), William Austin, Grace Perry (Dustin), Dr. Nina Leacock (Lane Hengel), Elliott Stephany and Elizabeth Stephany; her great grandchildren, Isabella, Scarlett Hoffman, Orrin and Quill Perry; her sister Helen Munshower; and her nieces and nephews, Tammy Williams, Teri Williams, Chuckie Lowman and Steve Lowman. She is also survived by many extended family members, foster children, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Glendale Home Auxillary, 59 Hetcheltown Rd, Glenville, NY 12302 in Vivian's memory.
