She is survived by: her children, Thomas (Tammie), Allison, Elizabeth and Denise; her grandchildren, David (Ashley), Stephanie and Thomas (Livia); and her great grandchildren, Sullivan, David, Bradley, Elizabeth, Owen, Gabriel and Cadence.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials made to Highlands United Methodist Church in Kathy's name.
