She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Marquis and Bessie Marquis (Walburn); her husband Donald J. Nagel; her son Boyd M. Nagel; her son-in-law Elton "Skip" Densmore; her siblings, Emanuel "Bud" Marquis, Jennings "Chris" Marquis, Kenneth "Jim" Marquis and Ruth Friedrichsen; and her siblings-in-law, Frances Marquis, Vi Forillo, Phyllis Nagel, Boyd Nagel and Harry Friedrichsen.

She is survived by: her children, Raynette Densmore of Anderson, California, Teresa Driscoll (Joel) of Hotchkiss, Colorado, Cindy Schuckman (Wayne) of Manhattan, Kansas and Tim Nagel (Tami) of Canon City, Colorado; and her grandchildren, Tammy Hand (Tom), Annette Wolfin (Paul), Sue Jensen (Mike), Shane Teel (Jessica), Chris Schuckman (Amanda), Melissa Schuckman, Lacey Schuckman, April Townsend (Josh), Travis Nagel (Rachel) and Ashley Hadley.
