He was predeceased by: his mother Charlene Watson Woodard; and his brother Jimmy Woodard. He is survived by: his wife Lawanda K. Woodard; and his sons, Jeremy Woodard of Ohio, Jeramie Nihiser of Colorado and Josh Nihiser of New Mexico. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
