He was predeceased by: his former wife Jacalyn. He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his children, Shelley Smith and Shawn Smith; his grandson Michael Smith; his brother Curtis Smith; and his caregiver Brooke Williams. He is also survived by numerous other aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
