He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Mathison and Bertha Mathison. He is survived by: his wife Bernice Schultz (Bernie); his children, Susan (Sue) of Denver, CO and Dale (Kelli); his grandchildren, Reese, Leif and Breck of Ft Collins, CO; his son Dar (Alicia); his grandchildren, Abe, Jack, Charley and Savannah of Peoria, IL; and his siblings, Judi Chase of Evansville, IN and Scott (Lisa) of Hollister, CA. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
