He is survived by: his wife Barbara Apple; his daughters, Janie (Kevin) and Jessica; his granddaughters, Adriana, Makayla, Adalina and Juliana; his brother Gary (Pattie); and his stepsisters, Rosanne (Jodi) and Linda (Craig). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
