She was predeceased by: her parents, S. Richard Nelson and Grace Dennett Nelson; and her sisters, Shirley Kay Nelson Ussing and Angela Nelson. She is survived by: her husband David L. Keith; her sister Deana Nelson Hotchkiss (Rollin); her daughters, Lori Anne Keith Steadman (Darin) and Alison Mayne Fullmer (Cameron); her granddaughter Grace Anne; her children, Abby Mayne, Amy Mayne Kernan (Austin) and Bryan David Keith; her grandchildren, Joshua and Makenzie Keith; her daughters, Lisa Kay Keith Bell (Brad) and Madelyn Anne Bell Garrett (Nick); her granddaughter Charlotte Anne; her sons, Zachary Wade Bell (Alaina), Tyler Michael Bell, Owen Henry Bell and Andrew Scott Keith (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, Maxwell Atlas Keith and Zoe Devi Keith; and her cousin Roy Lee Tidwell. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

This award is given to those who made significant contributions to arts, culture, and science in the Denver Metro region through work as a volunteer, board member, or advocate. Rosalie is also a Golden Hall of Fame Recipient for her outstanding contribution to the City of Thornton in Arts and Culture.
