It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theodore Gibbs of Thornton, Colorado, who passed away on May 7, 2026, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Theodore had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Theodore may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore R. Gibbs and Grace Vivian Gibbs (Johnson). He is survived by: his son Brian Gibbs (Denyse) of Erie, Colorado; his girlfriend Elaine Williamson; his nephews, Darrell Bannister and Mike Bannister; his niece Donna Christopher; his grandson Ryland Peck; Robin Peck (Ryan). He is also survived by numerous extended family members; and many dear friends.
