The passing of Jim Davis (Trinidad, Colorado) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on June 27, 2025 at the age of 84. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Davis and Pearl Davis; and his siblings, Lloyd, Sybil, Allen, Jean and Roy.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Mitchell; his sister Lois Smith; his children, Bryan Davis (Karen), Shawn Davis (Karen) and Jody Bannon (Brett); his grandchildren, Elisa Rogers (Brian), Michael Davis (Stacy), Kaylee Byerly (Lane), Hannah Davis, Joshua Bannon (Emily), Jared Bannon (Raegan) and Jordyn Pearce (Hayden); his great grandchildren, Jace, Jacklyn, Lucy, Wyatt, Maverick, Cooper, Scarlet, Jeffery, Jackson, Quincy, Leo, Luke and Baby Pearce; and also Charlie Jones.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Christian Church (200 S Walnut St, Trinidad, CO 81082). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at the Masonic Cemetery.
