He was predeceased by : his parents, George Payne and Dollie Payne; his siblings, George Elmer, John Allen, James and Karen Wark; and his brother-in-law Angelo Pugnetti.
He is survived by : his wife Rose Marie Pugnetti; his children, Sherri Wilson (Jarred), Franklin and Edward Pugnetti (Shanah); his sisters, Marian Roscoe and Lorraine Shinn; and his grandchildren, Marino and Angelo.
