He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston "Bill" Ezell and Lee Ezell; his sisters, Jan Godwin and Elain Ezell; and his stepdaughter Missy Holley.
He is survived by: his wife Deana Ezell; his children, Courtney Ezell, Cassie Clay, Henry Ezell Jr., William Ezell (Jessica), Shannon Spoon (Renee), Brandy Spoon (David), Nick Spoon, Crissy Severance, James "Bubba" Severance (Andrea) and Johnny Severance (Jenna); his brother Billy Ray Ezell (Nancy); and his niece Lisa Mathews (David). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
