With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norman E. Wolak of Walsenburg, Colorado, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 11, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Genevieve Wolak and Barney Wolak; and his sons, Dean and Aron. He is survived by : his wife Mildred; his daughter Daina; his daughter-in-law Susan; and his granddaughters, Jessica (Jeremy), Elizabeth (Clayton), Kourtny (Matt) and Michelle (Mark).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions be made to the Sangre De Cristo Hospice in memory of Norman.
