He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Cook and Cecil Fern Cook; his daughter Tatum Cook; his sister Sharon Powell; and his brother-in-law Stanley Powell.
He is survived by: his wife Laurie Ann Cook; his children, Keyna Hebberd (Chad Hebberd) and Casey Cook (Kristen Cook); his grandchildren, Kiley Hebberd, Brady Hebberd, Kobe Cook, Jordy Cook and Baylor Cook; and his sister Charolette Desilet (Ron Desilet). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Fields Memorial Wesleyan Church.
