He is survived by : his father Timothy K. Kendrick; his wife Amber Kendrick of Wellington, Colorado.; his stepmother Tammy Kendrick of Mt. Sterling; his stepchildren, Tierney and Wesley; his siblings, Jason Kendrick (Marcia) of Versailles and Jennifer Kendrick of Winchester; his niece Libby; and his nephew Johnny. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
