He was predeceased by: his parents, W. L. "Bill" Decker and Anna Belle Decker (Littleton); and his brother Jim Decker. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Kay Porter; his son Brian Decker (Lisa) of Keller, TX; his brother Dick Decker (Susan) of Oskaloosa, KS; his sister-in-law Leann Decker of Holton, KS; and his grandchildren, Annabelle Decker, Jacob Decker (Alana) and Olivia Decker.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mercer Funeral Home (1101 W 4th St, Holton, KS 66436). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at the Denison Cemetery.
