James Herbert Littrell Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Herbert Littrell of Westcliffe, Colorado, who passed away on April 17, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse "Herb" Littrell and Goldie Littrell (Osborn); his in-laws, George and Lois Crow (Geroux); his sisters, Colleen Armstrong, Betty June Coleman, Jesse May La Mora and Laurel Aldridge; and his siblings-in-law, Les Schulze, Joseph Truskowski, Richard Saunders, John Coleman, Don La Mora, Don Crow and Shirley Crow.
He is survived by: his wife Deanne Littrell (Crow); his children, Terri Littrell of Hays, KS, Edie Schoenfeld (Jerry) of Salida, CO and Jimmy (Rhonda) of Cut Bank, Montana; his grandchildren, Courtney Maska (Brady) of Hays, KS, Kody Hageman of Cottonwood, AZ, Jake Schoenfeld (Mykeltie) of Salida, CO, Kylie Streck of Denver, CO, Jesse Schoenfeld of Westcliffe, CO, Kendrew Streck of Cottonwood, AZ, Coalter Littrell of Cut Bank, MT and Darci Littrell of Cut Bank, MT; his great grandchildren, Paxton, Decker Maska of Hays, KS and Sutton Schoenfeld of Salida, CO; his sisters, Myrtle Schulze, Mary Patterson (Jim) and Nancy Hanssen (Wayne); and his siblings-in-law, Dennis Crow, Delaine Crow and Susan Crow. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Lange Hall (312 3rd St, Westcliffe, CO 81252). A burial was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at the Ula Cemetery (1885 Co Rd 170, Westcliffe, CO 81252).
