He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Cruz and Juanita Cruz; his sister Dorothy Montour; and his grandson Paul Salas. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Cruz; his daughters, Maria Valanzuela (Mike), Andrea Garcia (Isaac) and Christine Cruz (Ramon); his stepchildren, Bernadette Herrera, David Griego and Marisa Griego (Luke); and his grandchildren, Angelica, Jade, David, Nikolye, Luke, Camren, Brisen, Stacie and Jylene.
