He is survived by: his children, Robin of Westminster and Scott (Kathy) of Littleton, CO; his grandchildren, John Middleton of Lakewood, CO, David Middleton (Tara Corbett) of Durham, NC and Hannah Hines (Scott) of Sherman Oaks, CA; and his great grandchild Reese Hines.
