He is survived by: his wife Leanne; his children, Gavin, Josephine and Layla; his parents, Lotis Short (Dale) and Harvey Nichols (Debra); and his siblings, Joel Nichols, Stefanie Miller (Andrew) and Brandy Ambrosio (Dan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, friends, and coworkers.
