He was predeceased by : his nephew Chance Michael Seivley. He is survived by : his wife Jeanette; his daughters, Erin and Bianca; his parents, Eldon Seivley and Katherine Seivley; and his siblings, Mark (Cindy), John (Vickie) and Janelle (Doug). He is also survived by numerous nieces/nephews.
