He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerard "Gig" Berthiaume and Elizabeth "Betty" Berthiaume; and his brother Paul Berthiaume. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Berthiaume; his son Brian Berthiaume; his daughter-in-law Margaret Berthiaume; and his sister Joan Reiman (Ron). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
