He was predeceased by: his mother Virginia Tatnall; and his brother Bob. He is survived by: his father George Tatnall; his brother Bill; his wife Tana; his son Brian Tatnall (Jenna); his grandchildren, Kole, Ezra and Skye; his daughter Kristen; his grandchildren, Mathieu and Makinley; and his siblings, Jeff, Tom and Jane. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Open House (11885 Bradburn Blvd, Westminster, CO 80031). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Green Mountain Cemetery (290 20th St, Boulder, CO 80302).
