She was predeceased by: her parents, Missouria Redden and James Willie Kelley; and her sisters, Lucille Kelley Brown, Darletha and Lucile.
She is survived by: her friends, Gene and Lois; her former husband Tommy Kennedy; her friend Jewelene; her children, Sabrina and Tyrone Spencer; her friends, Greek, Phyllis Mays and Lillie Mason; her husband Oneida; her friend Cynthia Simmons; her brother Michael (Melinda); her daughter Sandra M. Turner; her brother James Robert Kelley Jr.; her siblings' children, Louise Brown-Gray, Mary Etta Brown-Powell, Ronetta Kelley, Diane Brown, Ruth Brown, Morris Brown and Terry Kelley-Brown; her godson Tyrone Spencer; Sula, Bobby, Lulu and Terry.
She was a lifelong contributor to the Alzheimer's association.
