With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bobby Dean Moon (Wheat Ridge, Colorado), born in Mankato, Kansas, who passed away on December 20, 2019 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Moon and Edna Moon; his wife Betty Moon; his daughter Judy Nalow; and his siblings, Freddy, Rick, Lonnie Moon, Barbara Patterson and Marilyn Sickler.

He is survived by: his grandson Mark; his son Mark Moon (Kris); his son-in-law Jim Nalow; his siblings, Willis Moon (Nick), Larry, Lester Dean, Vickey Atkinson, Pat Martinez, Martha Scott and Laura Fritz; and his grandchildren, Jimmy, Brian, Shannon and Jon. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.

“Uncle bob was my most "favorite" uncle since i was a teenager. He gave me a horse named "shorty" and i believe that horse put me on a path of discipline, and also kept me out of trouble that all teenagers can find in their own right. Uncle bob took me to the denver stock show every year. He was my great "hero" to spend time with me. I could always talk to uncle bob about everything, my uncle always seemed bigger that life! I will miss him more than anyone will know. Love, pauline”
