It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brian David Brookhart (Wheat Ridge, Colorado), born in Harvey, Illinois, who passed away on January 20, 2021, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Brad Brookhart; his grandparents, Evelyn, Bernard McGaughey, LaJune and Glenn Brookhart; his aunt Sharon Kenney; and his stepbrother John T.

He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Brookhart and Margi Brookhart; his stepparents, Mary and Walt Schmick; his niece Rebecca; and his sister-in-law Donna Brookhart. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, and step family members.
