He was predeceased by: his son Collin Miron; his parents, Carl Miron and Verna Miron (Walstrom); and his sisters, Waneta Miron and Dawn Miron.

He is survived by: his wife Julie Miron (Frazier); his daughters, Heidi Van Den (Herbst), Amanda (Miron), Montgomery (Alex), Shawna (Miron) and Gillesby (Zach); his grandchildren, Bennett, Carmen and Kennedy Van Den Elzen; and his sisters, Cindy (Miron), McCall (Jeff), Jill (Miron) and Maki (Bob).
