He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Raymond and Lois Melissa Crisp (Crawford); his wife Dolores Marie Fager; his in-laws, Rhynold and Crystal Fager; his siblings, Barbara, Louis and Rick; and his siblings-in-law, Donna Petersen and Cecil Gritz.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Ray Jr. of Flagler, Chad Wesley (late Pamela) of Flagler, Craig Alexander of Flagler, Charlotte Poet (Steve) of Flagler, Carla Wlodkowski (Frank) of Newington, CT, Candace Payne (Terry) of Flagler and Clay Crisp of Severance, CO; his siblings, Victoria Gritz, Cheryl Deffke (Larry), Nedra Jones (Ron) and Rod Crisp (Kathy); and his sisters-in-law, Linda Manke and Carol Jennings. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Donations to the Flagler Senior Center, Box 205, Flagler, CO 80815 will memorialize his life and love of Flagler, his hometown.
