He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Howard of Commerce City, CO; his sons, Jeff and Aaron Howard of Olathe, KS; and his sisters, Helen Wydenes of Canada, Laura Hammond (Les) of Arizona and Alice Pearson (Alley) of Montana.
