He was predeceased by: his mother Annie Vargas. He is survived by: his siblings, John Vargas (Lilian), Anita Maestas and Angelina Maestas Castillo (Benito); and his godchildren, Kayla Mares (Ricardo), Josue Castillo Maestas and Tobias "Tj" Quintana.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Mount Olivet Funeral Home (12801 W 44th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Mount Olivet Catholic Cemetery (12801 W 44th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033).
