She is survived by: her daughter Samantha Purvis (Bryson); her granddaughters, Brynleigh and Braylah Purvis; her stepdaughter Heather Hall (Jonathan); her stepgrandchildren, Haylee and Olivia Hall; her sister Melinda McLean; her nephews, Alex Mendoza and William Mendoza; her brother-in-law Mark Mellema (Shannon); her nieces, Brandi Crouch (Chase) and Jordan Beard (Richard); her brother-in-law Richard Smith; and her nieces, Patty Smith and Chrissy Smith.
