She was predeceased by: her parents, William Homer and Emily Jane Timmons (Kelly); her husband Billy Stanford Stipp; and her siblings, Louie Elwood Timmons, Lorraine Elisa Thompson (Timmons), Forrest Howard Timmons and Mary Lou (Timmons).
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra DeAnn Gibson (Jeff), Jana Beth Ford (Robert) and Julie Renee Hoefler (Carey Napoleon). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
