He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela Diane Rothermel (Terry Lee), Patricia Ann Stevens and Angela Louise Martinez; his grandsons, Thomas Anthony Stevens (Denise Andrea) and Christopher David Martinez; his great grandchildren, Anthony Thomas Stevens (Ariana Sarah), Shayla Andrea Carter (John) and Jojo Dougherty; and his great great grandchildren, Kenneth Conner Stevens, Thomas Anthony Stevens, John Carter and Neveah Andrea Carter.
