He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Bylsma and Dorothy Powell. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Sue Bylsma (Waychoff); his children, Sheri Chaney (James Chaney) and Shane Bylsma; his grandchildren, Brittani Bylsma (Eric Weber), Mickey Bylsma, Tiffanie McClain and Rayna Holmen; and his great grandchildren, Silas, Tanner Weber, Ivah Bylsma and Shilo McClain. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and Aunts.
