He was predeceased by: his significant other Shirley; and his son Doug. He is survived by: his children, Debbie, Danny and David. He is also survived by Dad also has 12 grandchildren.
Even in his 80's he would've chosen to forgo retirement and just kept working, but due to my mom's progressing Alzheimer's Disease; she needed him at home.
