She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Cusack (Jerry). She is survived by: her brother Robert Burcar (Sharon); and her nieces and nephews, Robert Burcar (Janet), Kim Cameron (Matt), Kristine Burcar, Amanda Schulz (Bill), John Tankersley (Patsy) and Michael Tankersley. She is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews and 1 great grandniece.
