He was predeceased by: his parents, Diega LeBlanc and Empemeno LeBlanc; his siblings, Frank, George, Rudy, Frudy (Diego), Rose, Mercy and Helen; and his grandson Isaiah.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Gina (Felix), Jessica (Chewy), Linda (Matthew), Felix (Yolanda), April (Juaquin Sr), Marlene and Renee; his sisters, Niney (Inez) and Tina; his grandchildren, Roberta (Vicente Sr), Felicia (Julian), Ashley (Kelly), Autumn, Julie, Antonio, Juaquin Jr. (Sharon), Monica, Tanya, Aaden, Janae and Darrin; and his sisters-in-law, Alice and Tina. He is also survived by 29 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
