It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sara Jane Black (Wheat Ridge, Colorado), born in Colorado Springs, Colorado, who passed away on September 23, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husbands, Harvey Albert Duerst, Don Ward and Bill Black; her son Mark Duerst; her stepdaughter DeeDee Patterson; Harvey, David, Daniel, Mark and Paul.
She is survived by: her sons, David (Diane), Daniel and Paul (Janet); and her stepchildren, Teresa Powell and Bill Black Jr.. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.
