With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Stuart Arthur Lovelace (Wheat Ridge, Colorado), born in Englewood, Colorado, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Stuart leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Lovelace and Stuart Lovelace Sr.; his former wife Bobbie Carter Lovelace; his wife Dorothy Tarr Lovelace; and his sister Annie May Pierce.
He is survived by: his children, John Lovelace, Jean Lovelace and Glen Lovelace; and his stepdaughters, Linda Connell and Becky Wageman. He is also survived by his family, including his eight grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Wheat Ridge United Methodist Church (7530 W 38th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Wheat Ridge United Methodist Church, the Wheat Ridge Optimist Club, and the Colorado Humane Society in keeping with Stu's spirit of service and giving.
