Though Theodore may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucy Welker and LeeRoy Welker; his siblings, Roy, Marie and Bob; and his cousin Ronald.
He is survived by: his wife Cecelia Welsh; his children, Francine and T. J.; his granddaughter Gianna; and his sister-in-law Donna. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
