She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Phelan and Margaret Phelan; and her husband Roy Rouse. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Kinsey (Dennis), Richard (Henrietta), Gerard (Betsy) and Scott (Leslie). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Denver Mortuary Chapel (12801 W 44th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Mount Olivet Catholic Cemetery (12801 W 44th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033). A reception will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Mount Olivet Reception Hall.
