We are sad to announce that, on April 5, 2026, at the age of 86, Tom Emmett Curran (Wheat Ridge, Colorado) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Tom departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Tom may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Tom leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Curran and Winifred Curran; and his siblings, Jim Curran and Kathy Groom. He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Curran; his daughter Eileen Wade (Allen); and his grandchildren, Caleb and Raquel Curran (Isaiah).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to Humane Colorado, since he was a lifelong animal lover and adopted several adored family pets from them.
